2. Products & Availability
We sell new and used vinyl and music-related goods.
Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability. Photos are illustrative only. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we’ll offer a refund or a suitable alternative.
3. Ordering
Checkout can be completed as a guest or with an optional customer account.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing an order and another when your order ships.
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent orders.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices on the site are listed in euros (€). Outer Frequencies operates under the French micro-entreprise regime and is exempt from VAT under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). No VAT will be charged on orders, and no VAT will appear on your invoice.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees in their country.

All payments are processed securely and charged immediately.
5. Shipping
We ship via La Poste (Colissimo or Chronopost) and DHL, depending on destination and package size.
In-stock items typically ship within 1–5 business days. Pre-orders ship around the stated release date.
If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, re-shipping costs will apply.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Sealed media (e.g. vinyl) must be unopened to be eligible for return.

7. Legal Guarantees
Guarantee of Conformity
(Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code)
Covers manufacturing defects or non-conformities present at delivery. Valid for 2 years (new items) and 6 months (used items).
This does not cover misuse, normal wear, or minor cosmetic flaws on used vinyl.
Claims may require proof of purchase, photos, and a written description.
Guarantee Against Hidden Defects
(Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)
Covers serious defects not visible at the time of purchase that significantly affect usage.
Does not apply to normal wear, disclosed flaws, or misuse.
If accepted, we may offer a full or partial refund depending on the issue.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, images, product descriptions, logos, etc.) belongs to Outer Frequencies unless otherwise credited.
Reproduction, reuse, or redistribution is not permitted without prior written consent.
9. Privacy
We respect your data and comply with the GDPR. For details on how your personal data is collected, stored, and used, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for order delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics). We’ll contact you if such an event affects your order.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at info@outerfrequencies.net. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
