Outer Frequencies Is Relocating

Outer Frequencies is currently relocating to the United States and the online shop is temporarily closed.

Because we are not currently accepting orders, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and shipping policies are being reviewed and updated ahead of our reopening.

What To Expect When We Reopen

Once the shop reopens, all orders will ship from the United States.

We'll continue to focus on carefully curated records, secure packaging, and reliable shipping for customers in the U.S. and around the world.

Packaging

Every order is packed by hand using sturdy mailers designed specifically for vinyl records.

Where appropriate, records are reinforced with additional cardboard protection to help prevent damage during transit.

For larger orders, additional padding and protection may be used to keep records secure throughout the shipping process.

To help prevent seam splits, used and unsealed records may be shipped outside of the jacket while remaining inside their inner sleeve and protective outer sleeve.

Tracking

All future orders will include tracking information whenever available.

Tracking details will be sent automatically once an order ships.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders placed after the shop reopens, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Any such charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
