Lord Paramour - Doom

DOOM marks the bold return of Lord Paramore, the shape-shifting duo of DJ Marrrtin and Ajax Tow, with an album that plays like a lost cosmic mixtape beamed in from another dimension. Edgy breakbeats collide with hallucinatory psychedelia, post-Bollywood library grooves, flashes of 70s krautrock, and their signature downtempo, post-punk space funk. Romantic, strange, and radically free, DOOM feels less like a conventional record and more like an imaginary soundtrack, retro and futuristic at once, designed for late nights and open minds.
