TV Blonde - Ghost In My Mirror

LA-based artist TV Blonde delivers a hazy, groove-heavy blend of psychedelic soul, funk, and dreamy electronic textures on Ghost In My Mirror. Across eleven tracks, smoky vocals drift over warm synths, rolling basslines, crisp percussion, and reverb-soaked guitars, creating a sound that feels both nostalgic and distinctly modern.

There's a wonderfully laid-back atmosphere running through the album, but plenty of rhythmic energy beneath the surface. Tracks like “Fuck It Up” and “Fool” lean into punchier funk grooves and driving percussion, while “Where Is My Baby” and “Come Back Again” slow things down with lush, dreamy arrangements and a more introspective feel. If you dig the hazy, soulful sounds of artists like Toro y Moi, Jungle, or early Unknown Mortal Orchestra, there's a lot to enjoy here. A lovely little record for late-night listening.
