We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to change your mind and return items within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed.
This right is granted under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
Please note: this right applies only to private individuals (not business purchases).
To start a return, email us at info@outerfrequencies.net with your order number and reason (optional). We’ll provide return instructions.
2. What Can Be Returned
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Sealed vinyl must be unopened
- Used records must be returned in the same condition as described at the time of sale
- We do not accept returns for items that were opened, mishandled, or damaged after delivery
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.
In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, you are responsible for the item during return transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or has a serious defect, email us at info@outerfrequencies.net within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos (and a short video, if possible)
We’ll assess the issue and offer a refund, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.
