2. Products & Availability
Outer Frequencies sells new and used vinyl records, music-related merchandise, and other products as listed on the website.
We do our best to ensure product descriptions, condition notes, images, and pricing are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer either:

- Store credit
- A suitable replacement (if available)

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Condition grades are provided using established vinyl grading standards and represent our honest assessment of each record.
Minor cosmetic wear, light surface noise, sleeve aging, and other characteristics typical of used records should be expected unless otherwise noted.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
